This program is appropriate for those who have already completed skilled physical therapy at Brookline or other outpatient rehabilitation clinics but prefer to continue their maintenance exercise program in a private setting with physical therapists standing by. We strongly encourage all patients to consider a membership at the Strives Athletic Club or if you are seeking further personal attention we can collaborate with one of Strive's personal trainers to offer you a safe and effective fitness routine. Your safety is always our concern and a licensed physical therapist is always a few steps away to help answer any questions. Our gym is fully equipped with the latest state of the art exercise equipment for a complete upper/ lower body workout, conditioning and core strengthening. The gym also sports wide screen flat screen TV's at our cardio stations for you to enjoy. Note a physical therapist can only instruct you on proper exercise technique for weight loss, flexibility, and strength and conditioning but cannot advise you on treatment of any medical condition in this fitness program. **Upon signing of agreement by Florida State Law the fitness program expires after a 30 day period as required by the FL Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Brookline Physical Therapy reserves the right to limit the number of participants active in any of our fitness programs due to any space limitations or safety and to reschedule classes if necessary. We recommend always to call to check for gym studio availability. All passes are valid 30 DAYS from date of purchase. No refunds, no transfers, no extensions.
